Amos-Leon' Otis, MBA, MMAS

Founder, President and Chairman of the Board

Amos has guided SoBran’s journey for over 30 years. Before starting the company, he had a distinguished 21-year career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he honed his leadership and management skills. Over his career, he has been recognized many times for his business acumen and civic leadership.

Amos was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Cincinnati Branch in 2012, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Dayton Development Coalition and a life member of the NAACP.

Education is one of Amos’s passions. He established the SoBran/Scoman Educational Scholarship Endowment at Tennessee State University (TSU) and the Brenda Faye Otis-Lee Educational Scholarship at the St. Jude Educational Institute.

Amos has consulted for the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences for Post-Doctoral Programs and the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education. He is Treasurer of the TSU Education Foundation Board and chairs its Finance Committee. In addition, he chairs the Beta Nu Boule’ Education Foundation of the Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity and is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Amos holds a Bachelor’s degree from TSU, an MBA from The California State University System, and a Masters of Military Art and Science from Air University.

Will Hobbs

Will joined the SoBran management team in 2011. As CEO he is currently responsible for leading business operations and sales. Prior to being named CEO, Will held a variety of positions within SoBran, including Vice President of VP of Security Strategies and Services, Special Advisor to the President, and Director of Security and Special Operations.

Will is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a retired Secret Service Agent with over 32 years of federal government service. In 1986, he began his career as an officer in the Secret Service Uniformed Division. From 1999-2003, as a Special Agent, he served on the presidential protection details for William Clinton and George W. Bush. Later in his career, he served in supervisory positions on presidential campaigns, former President Protection details, the Los Angeles Field Office, and Special Services Division.

In 2010, while assigned as the Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service's Special Services Division, Will received Senior Executive Leadership (SES) certification after completing the Department of Homeland Security’s two-year SES Developmental Program through American University.

Will is a member of the Association of Contingency Planners, National Organization Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), Association of Former Agents of the US Secret Services and American Society for Industrial Security.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from George Mason University and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University.

Adam Oliver

 Director of Operations

Adam OliverAdam joined SoBran in 2011 to head its first major oversees contract. Since, he has served in multiple management positions throughout the company. In his capacity as Director of Operations at SoBran, he oversees the entire spectrum of company operations, encompassing medical waste disposal, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) security and response, bioscience, hazardous materials mitigation, and logistics.

He is a US Navy veteran, with more than 15 years of experience managing complex operations spanning from logistics to CBRNE security.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University (formerly Armstrong Atlantic State University), and multiple certifications related to hazardous materials handling, safety, and critical response. Adam is a member of the Association for Contingency Planners, and American Society for Industrial Security.

Marsha Loll

Associate Director of BioScience (Federal)

Marsha LollSince 2009, Marsha Loll has been an integral part of SoBran, contributing to various animal care programs. With over 23 years of experience in bioscience, she has recently held the position of Associate Director for Government Contracts at SoBran. In this role, her primary focus has been on ensuring top-tier animal welfare, building highly skilled teams to support research, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Marsha holds both an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the State University of New York at Delhi, as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland (UMUC). She has earned the LATG and CMAR certifications through AALAS and is also certified as a Surgical Research Specialist (SRS) through the Academy of Surgical Research. Additionally, she is an ILAM graduate and an active member of the National AALAS.

Her extensive expertise and dedication make her a respected leader in the bioscience field and a trusted advocate for animal welfare.

RaShae Cook

Associate Director of BioScience (Academia)

RaShae CookRaShae Cook, M.S., RLATG, CMAR, has been a valued member of the SoBran team since 2011, advancing through various roles to her current position as Associate Director of BioScience for Academia. With over 25 years of experience in bioscience, she brings extensive knowledge to managing a broad range of animal care programs, models, and contracts.

As the Associate Director for Academia, RaShae leads SoBran's management initiatives in the academic bioscience sector. She strengthens client relationships and oversees a specialized team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, animal care technicians, and cagewash personnel, ensuring they consistently surpass customer expectations.

RaShae holds a bachelor's degree from Lock Haven University and a Master’s in Laboratory Animal Science from Hahnemann University (now Drexel University). She actively contributes to the National Association of Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) and serves as an officer in the Greater Virginia Branch (GVB-AALAS).

Her deep expertise and dedication make her a distinguished leader in bioscience and a driving force behind SoBran’s success in academic partnerships.

Our attention to our security profile enables us to work within the most demanding Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) 5 and Biosafety Level (BSL) III environments.

Our team members undergo continual training to improve their skills. In many cases those same training programs are available to our clients for their own workforce readiness and professional development.

Founder, President and Chairman of the Board Amos-Leon' Otis has a long-standing commitment to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities. He frequently mentors and assists small, disadvantaged businesses and entrepreneurs hoping to launch small business enterprises.
