SoBran is delighted to announce that Michelle Pinero has been chosen as this past quarter’s recipient of the Employee of the Quarter Award (October – December 2024).
Michelle works as an Administrative Specialist in SoBran’s BioScience Division at one of our Norfolk, Virginia animal research facilities. During this past quarter, her performance has been outstanding and well representative of SoBran.
During this period, Michelle’s team expressed their appreciation of her willingness to take on additional responsibilities and do more than what was required during the Old Dominion University and Eastern Virginia Medical School (currently VHS – Virginia Health Services) merger process. While navigating through numerous challenging situations, Michelle consistently made herself available for our customer and staff. She has shown herself to be an example of a good SoBran team member and consistently demonstrated exceptional performance in her role at VHS. Michelle is highly respected by her coworkers and our clients.

In recognition of her outstanding performance, dedication, and professionalism, Michelle will receive a plaque, $250.00 Visa card, and one paid day off.
In addition, Michelle’s selection makes her eligible for the 2024 Employee of the Year Award. The selectee will be announced soon. As a reminder, the recipient will receive $1000.00 and a plaque recognizing their selection. Only those employees selected as Employee of the Quarter during the 2024 calendar year will be eligible.
