Supporting Air Force Mission Planning Systems Engineering

SoBran, Inc. is proud to announce continued momentum with the award of an additional contract by the United States Air Force.  This latest contract provides engineering and technical support services for the 309th Software Maintenance Group (309th SMXG) at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The current contract value is $1.01M with a period of performance of three years.

The Air Force will rely on SoBran to support flight performance module development and engineering integration activities for mission-critical military weapons systems. The contract team includes prime contractor Ki Ho Military Acquisition Consulting, Inc. (KIHOMAC) and Young’s Engineering Services (YES) as an additional subcontractor.

SoBran has worked with various organizations at Hill AFB for more than 8 years. To this date, SoBran has received 5 of 7 task orders awarded on the 309th SMXG IDIQ engineering services contract. With this new contract, SoBran builds on past proficiency with U.S. military projects including the Marine Corps’ Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV),  the F-16 fighter, A-10C Operational Flight Program, Mission Planning System and other mission-critical weapon systems and simulators.
